Boris is Group Chief Executive of Rooftop Housing and has worked in housing for the past 10 years in senior roles, most recently as an Executive Director at Orbit. He has extensive experience and expertise in areas including performance, policy and Government Relations.
He is a board Member of the Housing Action Charitable Trust and member of the Midlands Committee of the National Housing Federation.
Boris is a regular speaker and commentator on housing policy and business transformation. He previously worked within the Home Office after a career in journalism.
Amy is Assistant Development Director at Aster and responsible for the Sales and Marketing function for the Group.
She leads a team that is responsible for selling circa 300 homes a year operating across the South West and South East.
They successfully push boundaries in how the sector sells homes and engages with their customers; this is done by 3 basic rules:
1 - Be Happy
2 - Be Awesome
3 - Help Others
Amy is also chair of the National Housing Group and is passionate about raising the profile of shared ownership within Government and lenders. Her work with the group has had some pivotal changes for the tenure to ensure it becomes a 4th tenure of choice.
Due to her passion for shared ownership and selling homes, Amy was entered in to the dizzy hall of 24 Housing top 50 power players fame; a new entry at 45. If you know Amy, you know she can be slightly competitive, so lets hope she is at least 44 next year!

Steve Ellard is Leader of Innovation at Yorkshire Coast Homes. He was awarded the 24 Housing and National Housing Federation ‘Young Leader of the Year Award 2016’. Steve has worked in housing for ten years with experience in Finance, Housing, Property and Business Improvement.
He speaks passionately about new technology and is keen to drive investment in this area to ensure the sector is well equipped for the future.
He’s a member of the NHF Influencing Academy and is currently working with sector leaders to ensure an increased presence of Young Professionals on housing association boards and leadership teams. Steve lives in Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
